With over 50 years of successful business in manufacturing and new product development, we will continue to supply the construction industry with the most innovative products while maintaining the highest level of quality and integrity. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a product we will assist you with a return or exchange. All Gator Tools are warranted to be free from defective material and workmanship. Our liability under all warranties, express or implied, shall be limited to the replacement or repair of defective products. Please contact Gator Tools Customer Service Department toll free at 1-877-376-8665 if you feel there is a warranty issue. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in new condition. Used products may not be returned. Gator Tools will give you a full refund for the purchase price of the item less all applicable restocking fees by your original method of payment or by check. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Product cannot be returned without advance return authorization from Gator Tools Company. To receive an advance return authorization, please contact Gator Tools Customer Service Department (Monday - Friday, 7 AM to 5 PM CST) toll free number is 1-877-376-8665. Refunds will include product and tax amount only. In the event that an incorrect item was shipped, or if products were flawed or damaged in transit, we will also include the shipping charges in your refund. Restocking Fees may apply.
